I hope you enjoyed my last post and I’m back to talk about positivity in my life. It may not be wonderful all the time, but I’m trying to do my best to live every single day as it is the last one.
So you may be asking yourself, how it is possible to live with a smile, while I’m suffering from the depression, Bipolar disorder and eating disorders. Yes, it is possible, even though it is hard. 🌸
Surround yourself with people
Contact your old friends, go to the nature, to the park, shopping mall or anywhere where you feel comfortable. Just do not let yourself drowning in your thoughts.
General truth. Walking through the forest may heal your mind, and breathing the air different and more clear than in the city may really help.
The power of music is worldwide famous as an antidepressant. The right words about how precious we are may heal our souls and make our mind to think about positive things.
Light makes our body release hormones that are efficient in making us happy. So roll the curtains out, sit by the window in the bus and walk during the day as often as possible.
Create or invent
Blogging, drawing or crafting may be really helpful in the bad season with your disorder. Try to write some short stories, try to create a blog, or draw something happy. Try not to overthink about your problems and don’t put it on paper.
Fall in love with you, your mind and your body
The most important part of recovery. You need to trust yourself and your actions. And you have to look into mirror and tell yourself : “Hey, beauty. You are worth it. Pick up that lazy butt and do it ! It’s now or never.”
